Sri Balaji was originally conceived in September 2018 when the founder, Manikandan Raghavan, realized North Carolina does not have a single south-indian pure vegetarian restaurant around. The plot was set. With over 18 years of rich experience in cooking different cuisines across India, Manikandan Raghavan has never received a negative feedback till date in his career. His passion for cooking and his strong belief “serving people is serving God” encouraged him to open a pure vegetarian restaurant.
